Om rollen:
Vi söker nu en Mood Manager/HR Administratör till vårt kontor på Drottninggatan i Stockholm! Vi ser att du är en social och lättsam person som älskar att jobba med människor och service. Du har en förmåga att få människor runtomkring dig att trivas och adderar gärna lite guldkant i deras vardag 🌟
Rollen innefattar tre delar; kontorsansvar, kulturaktiviteter och HR-administration/rekrytering. Med tanke på bredden är det av vikt att du uppskattar variation i ditt arbete. I tillägg till det har du stenkoll på detaljer och är mån om att skapa rutiner för att få saker att fungera.
Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:
- välkomna våra gäster, influencers och dina kollegor till kontoret vid vår fina reception
- ansvara för den dagliga driften, ordningen samt utvecklingen av kontoret
- ansvara för inköp samt vara kontaktperson mot leverantörer kopplat till kontoret
- anordna interna och externa event
- rekryteringsadministration
- jobba med vår on- och offboardingprocess
- stödja HR och till viss del övriga organisationen med diverse administration
Vem är du?
Vi söker dig som sprider positiv energi runtomkring dig och som har en naturlig fallenhet för god service. Du är förändringsbenägen och har en förmåga att se möjligheter där andra ser problem och älskar att socialisera.
Du arbetar alltid på ett strukturerat sätt och lämnar ingenting åt slumpen. Du har en förmåga att se till detaljer i ett varierat arbete med många olika arbetsuppgifter och kontaktpersoner.
Med tanke på rollens utformning, är det viktigt att du har en hög initiativförmåga och tar ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter.
Du har även ett intresse för arbetskultur och HR-relaterade arbetsuppgifter och är öppen för att lära dig mer.
Vi ser gärna att du har:
- jobbat några år som Office Manager eller i liknande roll
- goda kunskaper i Office 365 och lätt att sätta dig in i olika system
- mycket goda språk- och kommunikationskunskaper i svenska och engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt
- erfarenhet av HR-administation och rekrytering är meriterande
- erfarenhet av att anordna events är meriterande
- relevant utbildning inom exempelvis HR, Office Management, administration eller liknande är meriterande
- ett intresse av influencers och sociala medier är dessutom ett stort plus!
